Store Supervisor – Luxury Beauty Boutique

About the role

As a Store Supervisor for the NARS boutique at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, you will lead daily operations, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional client experience in a luxury beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, representing NARS values and brand standards in all customer and team interactions.
• Drive sales through coaching, engagement and effective selling techniques.
• Manage team scheduling, performance, engagement and floor coverage.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, build strong client relationships and manage VIP clients.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store presentation, grooming and stock replenishment.
• Oversee inventory, stock movements and audit preparation according to company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with retail, safety, security, HR and operational standards.
• Execute store events, projects and clienteling activities to boost engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in a Store Supervisor or similar team‑leadership role.
• Strong makeup application skills and a passion for beauty.
• Excellent communication, customer service and team leadership abilities.
