Supervisor – Planning & Analysis, Cash Services

About the role

The Cash Services team at Transguard Group is looking for a Supervisor – Planning & Analysis to lead daily operations and drive performance improvements. Based in the Dubai Airport Free Zone, you will oversee a team that manages cash‑in‑transit (CIT) devices, ensures compliance with SOPs, and supports financial efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency and identify financial improvement opportunities.
• Plan, organise and track work activities to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks to ensure staff adherence to standards, SOPs and policies.
• Prepare and deliver CIT devices and printers to cash operations, reporting any damages promptly.
• Identify and correct route discrepancies to maintain operational integrity.
• Promote continuous improvement by proposing and implementing process optimisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Decision‑making authority and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic knowledge of ATM and CDM operations; banking background is a plus.
