About the role
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telemarketing Executive to join our KHDA‑approved computer training institute in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents, guiding them through our training programmes and admissions process.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries professionally.
- Explain the institute’s training courses and admissions steps clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow‑up activities.
- Coordinate campus visits, meetings and registration appointments.
- Ensure consistent follow‑up with prospects to nurture interest and conversions.
Required profile
- Confident, mature and proactive attitude.
- Fluent in Urdu with strong English communication skills.
- Fresh graduates or interns with excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
Required skills
- Fluency in Urdu.
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
