Vice President - Client Success

About the role

The Vice President – Client Success will lead the soft services and cleaning division, driving strategic and operational excellence across all facilities. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and customer satisfaction for prestigious client projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for soft services, including cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning and related support.
• Ensure service excellence, financial performance, workforce productivity and continuous improvement of delivery.
• Develop and implement business development strategies, generate leads and expand the client base within the UAE FM sector.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and a centre of excellence for cleaning and total facilities management.
• Oversee budgeting, profit‑and‑loss tracking, and cost‑saving initiatives on a project‑by‑project basis.
• Manage client relationships, contractual compliance, and timely collection of payments.
• Lead HSE improvement plans, accreditation efforts and professional memberships for the business unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of senior‑level experience in facilities management or soft services, preferably within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale FM projects, driving financial and commercial performance.
• Strong leadership, governance and compliance expertise.
