VIE Sales Specialist – Value Added Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

As a VIE Sales Specialist in the Abu Dhabi Regional Office, you will drive business development for CMA CGM Value Added Services and coordinate cross‑sell initiatives with CEVA across the Middle East, Indian Sub‑Continent and Indian Ocean Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategy and sales pipelines for Value Added Services across agencies in the region.
• Define and implement country‑specific action plans, set annual targets and monitor performance with local VAS sales teams.
• Coordinate training, support and animation of VAS Champions and sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to sell VAS products.
• Promote VAS actively during local exhibitions and events and collaborate with product managers to create customer proposals.
• Manage cooperation with CEVA by promoting its products, creating and following up leads, and reporting cross‑sell performance.
• Provide market feedback and benchmarking to headquarters to improve existing services.

Required profile

• European national aged 18‑28, eligible for a VIE assignment.
• Post‑graduate degree (5‑6 years) in Business or Marketing, preferably with sales experience.
• Fluent English and strong presentation abilities.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in the shipping or logistics industry and ability to work autonomously across departments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with headquarters, regional offices and subsidiaries.
