Join the elite VIP Services team at Atlantis The Royal and craft unforgettable experiences for discerning guests. As a VIP Services Coordinator you will orchestrate every detail of a guest’s stay, from personalized itineraries to seamless transportation and activity bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage bespoke itineraries, including accommodation, transport, food & beverage, and activities.
• Handle personalized guest correspondence and stay preparation.
• Coordinate guest queries efficiently with internal teams, partners, and external suppliers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day department operations and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a coordinator or customer‑service agent handling requests and complaints.
• Strong knowledge of Opera or similar hotel reservation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver first‑class experiences.
