Visa Sales Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Ezee Travel, a growing immigration and visa consultancy, is seeking an experienced Visa Sales Consultant to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on selling tourist and visit visa services, handling client inquiries, and guiding applicants through the visa process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound inquiries for tourist and visit visas.
• Convert leads into confirmed clients through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Explain visa requirements, documentation, fees and procedures.
• Maintain client relationships and provide high‑quality customer service.
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure timely applications.
• Stay updated on visa regulations for major destinations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in tourist/visit visa sales.
• Previous work with a travel agency, visa consultancy, immigration or tourism company.
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.

Required skills

• CRM knowledge.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
