Waiter/Waitress – Arabic Speaker for L'Abysse Restaurant

About the role

Join the L'Abysse restaurant at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai as an Arabic‑speaking waiter or waitress. You will be part of a luxury dining team that blends French precision with Japanese purity, delivering exceptional service to discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the outlet is organized and presentable at all times.
• Cooperate with serving and kitchen staff, working both individually and as part of a team.
• Listen to and respond to customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations.
• Display knowledge of food, wine, and liquor menus to support smooth service.
• Perform standardized opening and closing procedures as outlined in the training manual.
• Report relevant communication to the Manager or Assistant Manager.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in an upscale luxury hospitality environment or five‑star hotel.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic speaking required.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
