About the role
The Aluminum Roof Sheet TIG/ARC Welder will join our construction team to perform high‑quality welding on aluminum roofing components, ensuring leak‑free installations and supporting fabrication and repair tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum roof sheets, flashings, gutters, trims, and accessories.
- Perform ARC welding on GI and metal components as required.
- Weld aluminum sheets ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm thickness.
- Prepare, repair, and inspect welded joints to guarantee quality and prevent leaks.
- Operate TIG/ARC welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools safely at heights using PPE, fall protection, manlifts, or scaffolding.
Required profile
- TIG/ARC welding certification (preferred) with experience in roofing, cladding, and waterproofing.
- Ability to work safely at heights and operate manlifts and scaffolding equipment.
- Minimum of 1 month of relevant welding experience.
