About the role

The Wellness & Beach Supervisor will lead the pool, beach and wellness areas at One at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring a seamless and refined experience for residents and their families. Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pool, beach and wellness facilities.
• Lead, coach and schedule the service team to deliver attentive and high‑quality service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and presentation standards in all areas.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or leisure facility management.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health‑ and safety regulations for pool and beach environments.
• Experience with scheduling and staff management tools.
