Workflow Automation Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Workflow Automation Assistant to support internal operations and client deliverables for a major logistics and infrastructure group. The role focuses on building and maintaining logical workflows that keep data capture and document generation precise and efficient, allowing senior principals to concentrate on strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and monitor automated workflows linking internal communication tools with document management systems.
• Create and maintain standardized templates for mandate reports and portfolio updates.
• Perform routine data‑integrity checks within information systems to ensure accuracy for logistics projects.
• Document the logical structure of existing automations for future maintenance and adjustments.
• Research and evaluate new software integrations that can streamline information flow across digital work environments.
• Organise technical assets and data required for governance reviews.
• Troubleshoot basic automation errors and propose logical fixes.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and recommend digitisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong logical reasoning and curiosity about how digital systems interact.
• Excellent written English with the ability to explain technical steps clearly.
• Disciplined, highly organized and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• High attention to detail when handling data points and document formatting.
• Ability to evaluate tools for specific tasks and communicate the rationale.

Required skills

• No‑code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) or willingness to learn similar tools.
• Experience with document management systems and workflow integration.
