Account Manager

About the role

Sardine is a remote-first, fraud and risk platform that helps organizations stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks and automate fraud and AML operations. It is hiring an Account Manager in Dubai to manage a small group of customers and act as their stakeholder, helping them get the most value from Sardine's products. The role works closely with internal teams on risk analytics, data science, integrations and products.

Key responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, handling day-to-day issues and big-picture opportunities to maximise their ROI
• Build a thorough understanding of the product, technology and strategy and explain it simply to customers
• Translate complex product and technology problems into simple, actionable solutions and manage the solution process internally and externally
• Advise on best practices for fraud and compliance
• Build, monitor and communicate KPIs to clients and provide strategic analysis for long-term expansion
• Work with risk analytics teams to solve new fraud typologies and share findings with customers

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, risk management or solutions architecture within B2B SaaS, including how customers integrate APIs
• Domain experience in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech or AML/KYC
• Experience in banking highly preferred
• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with a technical product

• Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to balance multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools
• Analytical skills, with strong number crunching and insight
