Administration Executive – Corporate Services (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are seeking an Administration Executive to join our corporate services team in Dubai on an immediate basis. The role involves supporting end‑to‑end company formation, visa processing and client compliance for mainland and free‑zone entities. The successful candidate will work closely with authorities, PROs and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute UAE mainland DED and free‑zone company setups (DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, Ajman).
• Handle trade name reservation, initial approval, MOA notarisation, Ejari, and licence issuance.
• Process amendments such as share transfers, capital increases and director changes.
• Draft corporate documents including POA, board resolutions and MOA/AOA amendments.
• Manage licence renewals, quotations, customs codes and related client services.
• Coordinate employment, investor and Golden Visa applications with GDRFA/MOHRE.
• Maintain daily liaison with DED, free‑zone authorities, typing centres and PROs.
• Update client files, CRM records and provide regular status reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of UAE experience in company formation, PRO or business setup.
• Immediate availability or notice period not exceeding 15 days.
• Strong command of English; Arabic, Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of DED, free‑zone and visa processing procedures.
• Document preparation and administrative coordination.
• Effective use of MS Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems for client management.
