Administration Executive – Corporate Services (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

Our Dubai‑based corporate services firm is looking for an Administration Executive who can join immediately. You will support end‑to‑end company formation, visa processing, DED and free‑zone operations, and ensure client compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute UAE Mainland DED and free‑zone company setups (DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, Ajman).
• Handle trade name reservation, initial approval, MOA notarisation, Ejari, and licence issuance.
• Process amendments such as share transfers, capital increases, and director changes.
• Draft corporate documents including POA, board resolutions, and MOA/AOA amendments.
• Manage licence renewals, quotations, CDR, and customs code applications.
• Process employment, investor, and Golden Visa applications with GDRFA/MOHRE.
• Coordinate daily with DED, free‑zone authorities, typing centres, and PROs.
• Maintain client files, update CRM, and provide status reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years UAE experience in company formation, PRO or business setup.
• Hands‑on knowledge of DED, free‑zone and visa processing.
• Immediate availability or maximum 15‑day notice period.
• Strong English proficiency and MS Office skills; Arabic/Hindi/Tamil a plus.
