Beauty Advisor – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

The Beauty Advisor represents the brand in store, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales through deep product knowledge. You will create a welcoming environment, offer personalized beauty consultations, and support overall store operations and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations, skincare advice, makeup tutorials and product demonstrations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their specific beauty needs, converting browsers into buyers and building lasting relationships.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest beauty trends, product launches and ingredient information to give accurate recommendations.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Achieve individual sales targets and track key performance indicators such as conversion rates and average transaction value.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and current beauty trends, with hands‑on experience applying products.
• Proven customer‑service skills in a retail environment, especially within beauty or cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for personalized product recommendations; cosmetology or professional makeup/skincare training is a plus.
