Beverage Manager – New Beachfront Restaurant

About the role

Join La Petite Maison as we launch a brand‑new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. As the Beverage Manager you will shape the entire drinks programme, from cocktail creation to wine selection, ensuring the beverage experience matches the restaurant’s high‑end French‑Mediterranean cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full beverage offering across bar and wine service.
• Build, refresh and maintain cocktail and drinks menus.
• Lead, train and develop the bar team.
• Manage stock, supplier relationships and cost control.
• Drive beverage revenue while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading beverage operations in a premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine.
• Commercial mindset with focus on costs and margins.
• Leadership ability to develop and motivate staff.
• Fluent English communication skills.
