BIM Lead – Landscape

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Lead – Landscape to join our Abu Dhabi team. In this leadership position you will direct BIM processes for landscape projects, ensuring integration across all design phases and delivering high‑quality digital deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee production, coordination and quality review of BIM models and drawings for the Landscape discipline and across other design disciplines.
• Identify and apply process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy and overall quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and junior technicians, providing guidance and technical reviews.
• Represent the Landscape BIM function in client meetings, presenting solutions and defending design decisions.
• Create and manage Revit families, CAD blocks and other digital assets required for project delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in BIM coordination and model management within landscape projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and manage junior team members.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in digital design practices.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D or equivalent landscape‑focused BIM tools.
• Ability to create and manage Revit families and CAD blocks.
