Business Development Manager – Interior & Furniture

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities for a leading interior design and fit‑out firm in Dubai. You will generate leads, build relationships with architects, developers and corporate clients, and work closely with design and estimation teams to secure projects across commercial, residential, hospitality and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior architecture, furniture and fit‑out projects.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present services.
• Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in interior design, architecture or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
