Business Development & Vehicle Sourcing Manager - Abu Dhabi

About the role

Linda Cars is looking for an experienced and professional automotive business development candidate to represent the company in Abu Dhabi. The role builds relationships with car dealerships, automotive agencies and pre-owned showrooms, encouraging them to work with Linda Cars through vehicle consignment and direct purchases. The candidate also meets private car owners, attends scheduled appointments, negotiates vehicle purchases and develops new business, reporting directly to the Dubai head office.

Key responsibilities

• Visit dealerships, agencies and pre-owned showrooms across Abu Dhabi to build strong business relationships.
• Develop new consignment opportunities and convince dealers and car owners to list their vehicles with Linda Cars.
• Source and purchase quality pre-owned cars by attending scheduled client appointments and negotiating deals.
• Represent Linda Cars professionally in Abu Dhabi and support the team in developing and closing business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and submit daily visit reports and weekly business conversion reports to the Dubai office.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and established relationships within the automotive sector.
• Good knowledge of car brands, models, specifications, conditions and market prices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, confident, presentable and well-organized, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
