Business Intelligence Analyst – Dubai

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, helping clients and internal teams extract maximum value from Suadeo’s Self‑BI Platform. You will gather requirements, design data models, and build dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, validation and troubleshooting.
• Prepare, transform and validate data from multiple sources (REST APIs, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Excel, CSV).
• Work with ETL processes and data pipelines to support reporting solutions.
• Apply data‑governance and data‑quality standards, manage access permissions and document solutions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL (querying, optimisation, troubleshooting)
• Power BI, Tableau or similar BI visualization tools
• ETL processes and data preparation
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Data modelling, data governance and data quality concepts
• Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Python for data analysis (advantage)
