Business Services Manager

About the role

The Business Services Manager is a senior generalist responsible for the company’s internal operating infrastructure, including business systems, processes, reporting, documentation, and governance. Reporting to the Co‑CEOs, the role acts as a trusted partner and internal consultant to the three General Managers, ensuring robust and scalable foundations while leadership focuses on growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business processes across commercial, operational and administrative functions.
• Lead selection, implementation and ongoing management of ERP and other business systems, from requirements gathering to user adoption.
• Partner with General Managers to embed systems and processes within their units, providing consultancy rather than line authority.
• Develop, maintain and version‑control SOPs, forms, templates and workflows.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for board and investor presentations.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage legal documents, contracts, NDAs, board minutes and corporate records with strict confidentiality.
• Track legal and regulatory requirements, licensing and corporate filings.
• Lead cross‑functional special projects as directed by the Co‑CEOs.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business operations, systems implementation or process management.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority and to work collaboratively with senior leaders.
• Excellent organizational, documentation and governance skills.
• Experience preparing board‑level reporting and KPI dashboards.
