Business Systems Manager – Salesforce

About the role

NH Management is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the systems that drive its corporate services business. The role centres on Salesforce, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with finance, pricing and operational processes while simplifying day‑to‑day workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the Salesforce environment, including data structures, flows, permissions, reports and dashboards.
• Automate and streamline client onboarding, engagement setup, invoicing, renewals and internal reporting.
• Integrate Salesforce with QuickBooks and other finance or ERP platforms such as Xero, Zoho or NetSuite.
• Maintain the service and pricing catalogue as a single source of truth for proposals, billing and management reporting.
• Improve data quality, manage migrations, and conduct regular clean‑ups.
• Produce and enhance management reporting on pipeline, work‑in‑progress, receivables, renewals and other KPIs.
• Document systems and processes clearly and train colleagues on new tools.
• Oversee the external IT service provider, software licences, user access and technology spend.
• Support business continuity, access control and data‑protection requirements across DIFC and ADGM operations.

Required profile

• Practical, organised and comfortable taking full ownership of business systems.
• 4–8 years of experience in business systems, CRM, IT operations or related roles.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into automated, reliable system solutions.
