Butler Manager – Luxury Hospitality (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Butler Manager to lead the Butler Services team at a prestigious 5‑star luxury property in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high‑end guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Butler Services department, ensuring seamless luxury guest experiences.
• Lead, train, coach and motivate the butler team to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide personalized service to VIP, long‑stay and high‑profile guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage and other departments for flawless service delivery.
• Develop and implement service standards, SOPs and training programs aligned with luxury benchmarks.
• Monitor guest feedback, manage service recovery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, performance evaluations and succession planning for the butler team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Butler Manager, Assistant Butler Manager or similar leadership role in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury butler service standards and VIP guest management.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
