About the role
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a part‑time, remote position responsible for leading the school's commercial and growth strategy, ensuring sustainable financial development while supporting the educational mission.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic commercial plans and revenue initiatives.
- Guide sales, outreach, and partnership efforts to drive enrollment growth.
- Optimize budgeting, resource allocation, and performance analysis.
- Manage key accounts and collaborations with leadership to identify new growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong background in business planning, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and commercial leadership, preferably in education.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time capacity.
