Civil Foreman – Job Performer (ADNOC PTW)

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to act as a Job Performer on ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading civil works on‑site while ensuring strict compliance with ADNOC PTW and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute civil works such as excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations and paving in line with approved drawings, method statements and ADNOC standards.
• Act as the Job Performer under the ADNOC Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) system, guaranteeing adherence to all permit conditions.
• Implement HSE requirements, risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses, and ensure the work crew follows them.
• Coordinate with the Permit Holder, Area Authority and HSE team before and during execution.
• Monitor proper use of PPE, tools and equipment, track progress and report unsafe conditions, near‑misses or deviations.
• Support inspections, quality checks and maintain site housekeeping; stop work immediately if unsafe conditions arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, diploma or equivalent.
• ADNOC‑approved Civil Job Performer certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 + years of civil construction experience on oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience working inside ADNOC facilities with PTW system exposure.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC PTW system, LSR and HSE requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and method statements.
• Expertise in excavation safety, formwork, concrete works and rebar installation.
• Effective communication and crew supervision skills.
