Cluster Wedding Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network (more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations) is looking for a Cluster Wedding Sales Manager in Dubai. The role develops, promotes and drives wedding and social event business across the assigned cluster hotels, turning leads into confirmed business and building strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, wedding planners and event organizers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement wedding sales strategies and identify new business opportunities in the UAE wedding market, focusing on Arabic-speaking and GCC clients.
• Engage with families, wedding planners, event management companies, luxury wedding organizers and corporate partners to generate qualified leads.
• Build relationships with Arabic-speaking clients and hold meetings, presentations and negotiations in Arabic and English.
• Promote wedding venues, ballrooms, outdoor spaces, catering and customised packages, and give site inspections, tours and consultations.
• Create customised proposals based on client preferences, cultural requirements, budget and guest capacity.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, negotiate packages, menus, venue fees and accommodation within approved pricing, and coordinate with Banqueting, F&B, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations and Operations.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, track sales targets and conversion ratios, and monitor client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, wedding sales, catering sales, banqueting or event management.
• Previous experience in the UAE hospitality market is strongly preferred; experience with Arabic-speaking clients in the UAE and GCC is highly desirable.
• Fluent or native Arabic and excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
