Commercial/National Sales Manager – UAE

About the role

A leading pharmaceutical company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Commercial/National Sales Manager to lead its sales force across the region. The role focuses on driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and executing national sales strategies across multiple healthcare channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans, targets and KPIs for the national team.
• Coach, motivate and manage field staff to achieve forecasted sales and long‑term objectives.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with hospitals, retail chains and other key healthcare institutions.
• Analyse market consumption and coverage data to adjust tactics promptly.
• Lead annual sales forecasting, budget preparation and coordinate with finance and supply‑chain teams.
• Oversee field activities, conduct regular visits, performance reviews and training sessions.
• Participate in key‑account negotiations, tender processes and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management, preferably at a national level.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
