The Commis Chef supports kitchen operations by assisting with preparation, service, and cleanliness while developing core culinary skills under senior guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and mise en place.
- Support service execution during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
Required profile
- 1–2 years’ kitchen experience or culinary training.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
