Communication Specialist – CSO Transformation

About the role

The Communications & Engagement Program Manager will join the CSO Transformation Team to ensure all internal and external communications are clear, concise, and add value. This role drives strategic communication initiatives that support the CSO transformation vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication plans for CSO Transformation programs, including stakeholder mapping, strategy design, and multi‑channel implementation.
• Provide executive communications support for the CSO SVP and Transformation Leader, managing Quarterly All‑Hands meetings, announcements, and presentations.
• Create and execute content for internal and external audiences, ensuring a consistent and impactful message.
• Design and run targeted campaigns—integrated campaigns, blogs, webinars, video series, and emails—while monitoring performance and recommending improvements.
• Align local campaigns with global marketing messaging and incorporate global direction when needed.
• Research and propose new event ideas, staying informed of industry developments to foster innovation.
• Leverage data analytics to inform communications strategies and measure effectiveness.
• Build strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 5+ years managing communications channels (intranet, email, Slack) and internal communications/change‑management programs.
• 5+ years of written and verbal communication experience, capable of crafting detailed narratives.
• 5+ years using content creation tools for blogs, emails, and video production.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and a proven track record collaborating with cross‑functional teams on presentations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project/program management abilities with a proactive work ethic.
• Innovative mindset comfortable challenging the status‑quo.
