Construction Manager for Offshore Project

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead construction and installation activities for the ADNOC Offshore project, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution. The role is based in Abu Dhabi with potential later offshore deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities in line with ADNOC Offshore requirements and approved procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee offshore construction, fabrication, transportation, installation, mechanical completion and brownfield modifications.
• Supervise EPC contractor performance across all phases and ensure alignment with engineering, procurement, HSE, quality and commissioning teams.
• Monitor progress against schedule, resolve technical issues, and provide status, risks and constraints to Project Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or related engineering discipline.
• Extensive Oil & Gas experience with strong offshore construction management background.
• Proven experience managing EPC contractors from fabrication through offshore installation and commissioning.
• Previous experience on ADNOC or similar offshore projects is highly advantageous.
