Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of residential tower projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle from pre‑construction planning, tendering and mobilisation through execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Develop, monitor and control project schedules, budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and variation orders.
• Review design drawings and coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.
• Direct main contractors, subcontractors and site teams, enforcing quality control and health‑and‑safety standards in line with Dubai and UAE regulations.
• Prepare data‑driven progress reports on schedule, cost, quality and risks for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 12‑15 years of progressive construction experience, including at least 7 years as a Construction Manager on UAE real‑estate developments.
• Proven track record delivering residential and mid/high‑rise tower projects in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts, variation management and subcontractor control.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA and other UAE authority approval processes.
