Customer Success Analyst – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join NielsenIQ’s Retail team in the United Arab Emirates. In this consultant‑style position you will act as the primary relationship owner for our retail clients in Oman, Kuwait and Qatar, helping them derive maximum value from our data and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and manage all critical communications.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, including decision‑makers for service models, joint business plans (JBPs), NPS and contract renewals.
• Lead the JBP process: align customer objectives, define success metrics, and coordinate delivery across CS functions.
• Drive the QBO and client review cycles, showcase ROI, gather feedback and refine strategies.
• Manage the NPS program, monitor satisfaction metrics and address escalations.
• Support master contract renewal, proposal/RFP preparation and client presentations.
• Develop deep expertise in the client’s retail business and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities across the NielsenIQ portfolio and guide the Industry Insights team in converting them.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience in customer success, client relationship management or consulting within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of analytics, data quality and value‑creation frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
