Cyber Security Manager – Global Luxury House

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Manager to own and drive the end‑to‑end cybersecurity function for a globally recognized French luxury house operating across the UAE, France and other markets. This greenfield position gives you full autonomy to design, formalise and scale a global security framework from scratch while reporting directly to the IT Director.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive, multi‑entity cybersecurity strategy.
• Build and mature security controls in Azure‑heavy cloud environments.
• Lead identity and access management (IAM), network security and SIEM/XDR initiatives.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent security posture.
• Identify and mitigate next‑generation, AI‑driven threats.
• Oversee compliance, risk assessments and incident response across all business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated cybersecurity experience in a management or lead role within the UAE.
• Proven success delivering security programmes in complex, multi‑entity international settings.
• Experience with European markets is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on expertise in Azure, IAM, network security and SIEM/XDR platforms.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are mandatory.
• Currently based in the UAE with regional experience.
