Director - Priority Banking (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As a Director – Priority Banking (Signature) at Emirates NBD you will own the relationship with the most valuable “Signature” clients in the Priority Banking segment. You will ensure a seamless experience by coordinating closely with Customer Service teams and driving revenue and wealth growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets for revenue, deposit growth, new‑to‑bank acquisition, cross‑sales and account opening.
• Initiate, develop and retain relationships with elite clients while supporting the unit’s business development goals.
• Maintain segment CSAT scores and oversee high‑quality customer service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk policies, sales processes and ethical sales practices.
• Lead and guide a team of Relationship Managers, providing direction to meet client needs where applicable.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of banking experience, preferably in sales or relationship management.
• Proven experience managing large client portfolios and teams within the UAE or the wider region.
• Fluent Arabic language is mandatory.
