Divisional Manager - MEP

About the role

The MEP Divisional Manager will lead the MEP projects division, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design to execution, ensuring profitable, timely, and high‑quality delivery. The role reports to the Operations Manager of Emirates Electrical Engineering and holds full P&L responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the division’s P&L, establishing cost and revenue monitoring systems.
• Optimize resource allocation and monitor project performance using Earned Value Analysis.
• Oversee project scheduling with Primavera and ensure timely delivery and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new MEP opportunities, building relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes and industry standards across high‑rise, villa, mall and commercial projects.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10‑12 years managing MEP projects in residential, commercial or industrial sectors.
• 3‑4 years experience as a Divisional Manager in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong P&L, cost control and budgeting expertise.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire‑protection systems.
• Proficiency with Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and Primavera planning tools.
• PMI‑PMP certification preferred.
