Employee Banking Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, target‑driven professional to join our employee banking team, focusing on acquiring new customers through company visits, employer relationships, and direct sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire CASA salary accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
• Conduct outdoor visits to companies and meet employees to promote banking products.
• Build relationships with HR teams, employers, and key decision‑makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Provide suitable banking solutions based on customer needs.
• Track and report sales performance against targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate clients.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of UAE banking sales or outdoor sales experience.
• Experience with CASA, credit cards, personal loans, or employee banking.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a field‑sales environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
