About the role
The Engineer, Digital Service Support will provide on‑site technical assistance for retail locations across Abu Dhabi. This field‑based role involves troubleshooting, hardware installation and supporting POS and payment systems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform break/fix support and on‑site troubleshooting for POS/BOS systems, payment terminals, peripherals and site networks.
- Install and configure hardware, carry out system refreshes and support new site or station openings.
- Travel to multiple retail sites as required, ensuring minimal downtime.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of field support experience, preferably in multi‑site retail environments.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Engineering or a related field.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
Required skills
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred).
- CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred).
- Experience with POS/BOS systems, payment terminals and peripheral devices.
