Enterprise Architecture Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Director to lead the development and execution of our enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a multi‑year enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and transformation priorities.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, reference models, and governance frameworks across business, application, data, technology, security, integration and cloud domains.
• Lead architecture assessments for major transformation programs, evaluate the current technology landscape and define target‑state architectures for platforms, cloud adoption and modernization.
• Oversee architecture review boards, approve solution architectures, and ensure compliance with security, integration and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with data, cybersecurity, procurement and vendor teams to embed architectural governance into contracts, vendor selections and technology sourcing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading enterprise architecture strategy and technology governance.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into target‑state architectures and manage architectural risk.
• Strong understanding of cloud adoption models (public, private, hybrid) and technology modernization practices.
