Executive - Retail Sales

About the role

The Executive – Retail Sales will drive the sale of new vehicles, ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to delivery. The role involves managing leads in the dealer management system and supporting the line manager to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage each enquiry in the dealer management system with proactive follow‑up.
• Ensure customer transactions are completed on time, meeting expectations and complying with legal and HSSE standards.
• Follow documented sales processes, including fund clearance, finance, trade‑in, and vehicle registration per Emirate requirements.
• Maintain sales operations standards for display, presentation, and asset security.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in car sales with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proven negotiating skills, especially with finance and trade‑in arrangements.
• Ability to solve problems and handle complex situations while adhering to company policies.

Required skills

• Customer‑facing experience in a retail environment.
• Product knowledge of new vehicles and related financing options.
