About the role
The Guest Service Expert Apprentice on the Wet Deck will help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will support the service team by setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders.
- Maintain work areas and supplies, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
