Founder's Associate Internship

About the role

Join a zero‑to‑one AI startup building a voice‑first companion for mental health. As the Founder’s Associate Intern you will work directly with the founder on fundraising, partnerships, hiring, enterprise sales and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Research & Strategy: analyse markets, competitors and business models and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Partnerships: identify and develop relationships with universities, researchers, foundations, donors, celebrities and other organisations.
• Fundraising: research investors, prepare materials and support outreach to generate funding.
• Hiring: source and evaluate candidates for engineering, research and operations roles.
• Enterprise Sales: research target companies, support outreach and help build a B2B sales motion.

Required profile

• Exceptionally sharp, learns extremely fast and can grasp new topics within hours.
• Highly analytical, works fast without sacrificing quality and holds very high standards.
• Ownership‑driven, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Hard‑working, genuinely excited about AI and building something from zero.
• Business‑fluent English (C1+) and deeply committed to the role.
