About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer / Helpdesk Engineer to combine software development with day‑to‑day IT support. You will build and maintain web applications while also providing technical assistance to internal users.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, test and maintain responsive front‑end interfaces and robust back‑end services, including RESTful APIs and database integrations.
Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose hardware, software, network and application issues, and resolve them promptly for end‑users.
Manage user accounts, system configurations, software installations, and IT assets.
Participate in system upgrades, deployments, security updates and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across development and support teams.

Required skills

Programming: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP.
Front‑end frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, HTML, CSS.
Back‑end & APIs: RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git.
Databases: SQL, NoSQL.
Networking & security: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, LAN, IT security.
Helpdesk tools: ticketing systems, user account management.
