About the role
INTERACTIVE Insurance Brokers is seeking a proactive General Department Officer to join its Dubai office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the General Department within a leading insurance brokerage.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and coordinate internal workflows for the General Department.
- Provide support for general and marine insurance processes, including documentation and record‑keeping.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general and marine insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Excellent computer skills.
