About the role

The D&T Head of Region leads Aramex’s digital transformation and technology innovation across the United Arab Emirates. Acting as the bridge between regional business units and the central Digital & Technology division, the role ensures that technology initiatives are aligned with local market dynamics and global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional D&T teams, fostering a collaborative and agile environment.
• Translate regional business requirements into actionable technology solutions while maintaining corporate standards.
• Develop and implement strategic technology platforms tailored to regional needs.
• Manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Drive integration initiatives with external partners to improve operational workflows and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with digital security protocols and data privacy regulations.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in digital transformation or technology management.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and ability to align them with global strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale technology projects on schedule and budget.
