• Collaborate closely with the Founder and Engineering, writing specifications, reviewing designs and making difficult product decisions.
• Challenge assumptions, stay close to users, and ensure the product behaves reliably in messy real‑world scenarios.
• When the function grows, recruit and mentor a small, high‑performing product team.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of product management experience (approximately 96 months).
• Comfortable working with ambiguity while resolving it through clear, systematic thinking.
• Strong systems thinking, ability to map behaviours, dependencies and trade‑offs.
• Hands‑on mindset: willing to write, define and review product artefacts directly.

• Trust‑sensitive product design
• AI agents and personalisation concepts
• Product prioritisation frameworks
• Technical fluency and systems thinking
• Complex consumer technology understanding
• Workflow optimisation

What we offer
