Hospitality Recruiter – 6‑Month Contract in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for a luxury hospitality brand in Dubai. The role is a 6‑month contract, renewable, and focuses on frontline positions across food & beverage, retail, and guest‑service departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles such as F&B, room service, concierge, guest relations, retail, and front‑of‑house operations.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define manpower needs and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct screenings, schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Verify that candidates meet job‑specific requirements and align with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and reports for all recruitment activities.
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven experience hiring for hospitality, F&B, retail, or high‑volume customer‑service roles.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Experience supporting large‑scale or project‑based recruitment campaigns.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as is experience in pre‑opening or high‑growth environments.
• Available to start immediately and able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
