IT Executive – Network & Systems Support

About the role

The IT Executive will ensure the reliability and performance of our entire IT infrastructure. You will work hands‑on with networking hardware, servers, cloud platforms and end‑user devices to keep business operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance and security issues.
• Monitor network health, perform capacity planning and optimize performance.
• Set up and manage VLANs, subnets, IP routing, VPNs and WAN/LAN links.
• Maintain database storage servers and cloud‑based servers.
• Support firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems and overall network security.
• Document configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide on‑site and remote support for end‑users on network‑related problems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting MacBook devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
