IT Executive – Network & Systems Support

About the role

The IT Executive will ensure the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure by providing hands‑on support for networks, servers, cloud platforms and end‑users. You will work closely with other IT teams to keep systems secure, available and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install and maintain networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance and security issues across LAN, WAN and cloud networks.
• Manage VLANs, subnets, IP routing, VPNs and network access controls.
• Monitor network health, perform capacity planning and document configurations.
• Support and troubleshoot MacBook devices for end‑users.
• Administer database storage servers, cloud servers and related services.
• Assist with firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems and overall network security.
• Provide on‑site and remote assistance for user‑reported network problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking and system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a technical team.
