IT Lead – Sales Applications, Integrations & Automation

About the role

The IT Lead for Sales Applications, Integrations and Automation will own the technology landscape that supports sales, route‑to‑market, AI‑enabled development, websites, integration, workflow automation and HR/payroll systems across ACCBC’s multi‑country operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Order‑to‑Cash rollout, including blueprinting, design, implementation, stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Own integration architecture, interface design, delivery and support for all scoped applications, ensuring reliability and monitoring.
• Configure and deliver business workflows, RPA and low‑code automation to meet process designs.
• Partner with regional business stakeholders to translate technology strategy into regional value and elevate regional needs to IT governance.
• Manage cross‑functional dependencies, service‑level agreements and ITIL‑based service management for the applications in scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP/Dynamics 365 implementations, especially Order‑to‑Cash.
• Strong background in integration architecture, interface management and automation (RPA, low‑code).
• Ability to partner with senior business leaders and drive adoption of new technology.
