IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides first- and second‑level technical assistance to keep the company’s IT environment stable, secure, and efficient. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, maintain system performance, and support daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, and network problems via email, phone, and ticketing system.
• Monitor and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, resolving performance issues.
• Configure, install, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage Active Directory objects, user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, apply updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Document solutions, maintain a knowledge base, and share best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with a focus on networking, Windows, and Linux administration.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to work under SLA constraints and communicate effectively with users and ISP providers.
